We guide clients through the process of drafting a Will and we place great importance upon achieving an end result which records the accurate and well-considered reflections of the client on what they want to do with their property as well as making sure that any Will which is signed is tax efficient.

Powers of Attorney

We take similar care with Powers of Attorney in respect of their double purpose. This means the Power of Attorney must protect the client's financial affairs in an appropriate manner, but it must also deal sensitively with the client's future personal welfare arrangements. It is our practice to register all Powers of Attorney in electronic form with the Office of the Public Guardian for Scotland.
