Checking the existing title deeds and plans to confirm the extent of legal boundaries.
Securing pedestrian and vehicular access to and from the property through checking of existing title deeds and, if required, drafting of appropriate rights in the new title deed in favour of the purchaser.
Ensuring that there is a legally valid and acceptable private water supply and private drainage specified in the existing title deeds or in the new title deed together with all neccessary public authority consents in those circumstances where a property is not on public mains water and drainage.
