Ensuring there are properly constituted and valid vehicle access rights.
Ensuring appropriate permissions exist for timber extraction routes out of forestry plantations.
Confirming there are no issues with adjacent land in terms of wind farm development.
Checking that there are no harvesting contracts for standing timber which might prejudice a sale/purchase.
Checking the terms of all active forestry grant schemes and other agri-environmental schemes affecting the land and arranging their transfer to the purchaser.
